Anonymous Bidding:

When you create or bid on a list of used phones, your identity is hidden from other traders until a match is made. This means that you can place bids or create lists with confidence, without worrying about revealing your identity or negotiating prices directly.

Fair Price Discovery:

We use an anonymous bidding process that promotes fair price discovery, allowing both buyers and sellers to find the best deal possible.

Minimum and Maximum Prices:

When you create and publish a list, you have the option to define a minimum price below which bids will be automatically rejected and not even notified to you. You can also set a maximum price at which you will let us conclude that it is an automatic match. Any bids in between the two limits will be intimated to you as the listing party. You may then wait for a better bid or settle for the highest as you wish.

Notifications:

As a bidder, you will receive notifications each time your bid is accepted or rejected. We allow you to modify your bid any number of times until a match is made.

Analytics and Privacy:

We use analytics and statistical analysis to gain insights into the bidding and listing behavior of our users. However, we want to assure you that your individual data, whether as a listing or bidding party, will never be shared or used for any other purpose.
