Returns & Cancellation

    RETURN POLICY
  1. The User's request for return will be processed in accordance with the procedure indicated below. However, in the event of false, frivolous or baseless complaints regarding the delivery or quality of the Products, the User will not be eligible for return.
  2. At the time of order placement, Rs. 300 will be collected, rest will be cash-on-delivery payment. Currently card payment on delivery is not available.
  3. All deliveries will be open deliveries- users can inspect the condition of the phone and verify if it matches the condition as described at the time of purchase. If the phone is found satisfactory, Rs. 300 paid by the user at the time of placing the order will be adjusted against the cost of the phone. If the user chooses to not accept the phone, the Rs. 300 paid will be refunded in 3-4 working days’ time. Phone will be taken away by the delivery executive instantly.
  4. Before accepting delivery of any Product, the User shall reasonably ensure that the Product's packaging is not damaged or tampered with in any way.
    1. A Product may be eligible for return upto 3 months if the Company is satisfied that it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
    2. The Product has missing parts or accessories
    3. The product is not functioning to the extent as was declared at the time of purchase
    4. No accidental or water damage has been caused to the product during the course of usage by the customer
    1. Return value will be based on duration on usage as follows-
    2. Within 1 month- 90% of price paid at purchase from cellmojo
    3. Within 2 months- 80% of price paid at purchase from cellmojo
    4. Within 3 months- 70% of price paid at purchase from cellmojo
    5. After 3 months, no return will be accepted.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

The Users can cancel orders using the Cancel Order button in the My Profile -> My Orders section of the Portal. In case of such requests for order cancellations Seller reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if Seller receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed, Seller may cancel the order and refund the entire amount to the User within a reasonable period of time. Seller will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed by the Seller. The User agrees not to dispute the decision made by Seller and accept Seller's decision regarding the cancellation.
